Posticino first opened its doors in Sea Point in 1998 by Enrico and Gioacchino offering authentic Italian food. Situated on the bustling Main Road, our restaurant offers diners the warmth and coziness of inside eating or al fresco on the terrace.

The legacy of this legendary Cape Town secret is now over 18 years old, and we are still infusing our unique blend of energy and personality into every fantastic dish.

In 2013, Posticino opened its second restaurant in the beautiful suburb of Hout Bay. Owned by Samuele, Posti Hout Bay follows the same winning formula as the original restaurant.

It is situated just before the famous Chapman’s Peak Drive, its raised deck affording diners exquisite views of the sea and mountains.
